We collect the information needed to pick up, clean, and deliver your laundry and to process your payment:

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• Order information: pick up and delivery addresses, apartment/unit numbers, phone number, bag counts, service selections, detergent preferences, and special instructions.
• Membership information: if you subscribe to our weekly membership, your pick up day preference, start preference, service and delivery addresses, and your SMS text update opt-in choice.
• Payment information: your card is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number on our servers.
• Usage information: basic information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser type, and approximate location data used to confirm you are within our San Antonio service area.
• Cookies and Tracking: We use essential cookies and browser local storage to maintain your secure login session, remember your dashboard preferences, and ensure the proper technical performance of our webapp software platform.

• To schedule, track, and complete your laundry pick ups and deliveries.
• To contact you about your orders — including pick up confirmations, status updates, and delivery notifications.
• To process payments, refunds, and promotions.
• To set up and manage your weekly membership — including sending you a one-time welcome text message when it activates, if you opted in.
• To provide customer support and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with the providers that help us operate the Service: Stripe (payment processing), our scheduling and dispatch tools (including calendar integrations used to plan pick ups), email delivery services used to send you order updates, and our text messaging provider used to send you SMS updates you have opted in to. Each provider processes your information only to perform its function for us.

SMS/Text Messaging Data: No mobile phone numbers or consent information collected for SMS text messaging purposes will be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

By providing your phone number and email, you agree to receive transactional messages about your orders (pick up confirmations, driver updates, delivery notices). These are service messages, not marketing; you cannot opt out of them while you have active orders.

Membership Welcome Text: SMS text updates are always optional and off unless you opt in. If you opt in when signing up for the weekly membership, we send you a one-time welcome text message when your subscription activates, confirming your pick up day and next steps. Your opt-in choice is stored with your membership, and you can stop all our SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

We keep your order history and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed for compliance, tax, and legal record-keeping requirements.

• You may review and update your account information at any time.
• You may request deletion of your account by contacting us — we will remove your personal information except what we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.
• You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

Our Service is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately from our servers.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and secure, audited infrastructure to protect your information. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its “Last updated” date, and material changes will be reflected there.
