• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• Order information: pickup and delivery addresses, apartment/unit numbers, phone number, bag counts, service selections, detergent preferences, and special instructions.
• Payment information: your card is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage information: basic information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages viewed and actions taken.

• To schedule, track, and complete your laundry pickups and deliveries.
• To contact you about your orders — including pickup confirmations, status updates, and delivery notifications.
• To process payments, refunds, and promotions.
• To provide customer support and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with the providers that help us operate the Service: Stripe (payment processing), our scheduling and dispatch tools (including calendar integrations used to plan pickups), and email delivery services used to send you order updates. Each provider processes your information only to perform its function for us.

By providing your phone number and email, you agree to receive transactional messages about your orders (pickup confirmations, driver updates, delivery notices). These are service messages, not marketing; you cannot opt out of them while you have active orders.

We keep your order history and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed for accounting, tax, and record-keeping requirements.

• You may review and update your account information at any time.
• You may request deletion of your account by contacting us — we will remove your personal information except what we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.
• You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and secure, audited infrastructure to protect your information. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its “Last updated” date, and material changes will be reflected there.
