About 210 Wash N Fold

What we do

210 Wash N Fold is San Antonio's fully digital laundry service. Instead of hauling bags to the laundromat, you schedule a pick up from your phone and track your order live from pick up to delivery. Choose Standard Wash & Fold, Express Same Day, Express Overnight, or Linens & Towels Only — and add linens as an extra to Standard or Same Day orders. Pick your detergent (standard liquid is free; Tide or Gain, Tyler Candle Co. Diva, and Free & Clear are available), tell us how you like your fold, and we bring everything back to your door.

When we pick up and deliver

Every service runs on a fixed window, so you always know when we'll arrive and when to expect your laundry back.

• Standard Wash & Fold & Linens — pick up before 3pm, delivered the next day before 3pm.
• Express Same Day — pick up 6am–10am, back at your door the same day before 5pm.
• Express Overnight — pick up 8pm–11pm, delivered 6am–10am.
• Ordering for a same-day pick up? Standard and Linens close at noon, Express Same Day at 8am, and Express Overnight at 8pm.

Ways to save

Our pricing is flat per bag — 13-gallon bags on regular orders, and heavy-duty branded 210 XL bags (38" × 24", about 1.5 loads each) that your clean laundry comes back inside and are yours to keep. There are never any service, pick up, or delivery fees, and these are the ways to pay less:

• 🎓 Student rate: $25 per bag on Standard Wash & Fold when you sign up with a school (.edu) email — automatically applied.
• 4+ bag special pricing: $25 per bag on Standard Wash & Fold, $40 per bag on Express Same Day.
• Weekly membership: one flat monthly rate — 1 bag $150, 2 bags $280, 3 bags $400 — with your XL bags included, weekly pick up on your day, next-day delivery, Tide or Gain included, and extra bags $25–$35 depending on plan.
• Returning customers: 10% off when you book within 8 days of your last paid pick up, plus promo codes.
• Special pricing, student rates, and memberships can't be combined with other discounts.

Paying, cancelling, and tipping

Checkout is fully digital through Stripe. Your card is authorized when you schedule and charged only after your clean laundry has been delivered, with Texas sales tax (8.25%) included in the total you see. Opt in to text updates and we'll message you at every stage — including a welcome text when a membership activates.

• Cancel while scheduled — free.
• Cancel once we're on our way — $15 fee.
• Cancel after pick up — $25 fee, and your bags come back on your normal delivery schedule.
• No cancellations once washing begins — message us and we'll help.
• Tips are optional and can be added from your order after delivery.

Whether it's a single 13-gallon bag once a week or a recurring weekly membership pick up, plans scale to fit any load — and every service includes free pick up and delivery.

Who builds it

210 Wash N Fold is a locally owned and operated San Antonio small business. We built this app ourselves so every step — booking, tracking, payment, and support — is handled in-house by the same team that washes, dries, and folds your clothes. When you reach out on our Contact page, you're talking directly to the owners, not a call center. If you've opted in, we may even feature your fresh laundry on our social media — always with your permission.
